Despite the obvious and reputed significance of that first meal of the day, breakfast has never been my thing. I’ll often wait to get up until the last possible alarm, quickly throw on some clothes and a dash of lipstick, and sprint out the door without as much as a passing glance at the fridge.
Doesn’t sound the smartest or the healthiest to you? Well, don’t worry, my friends and family have reprimanded constantly about it. The continual chiding has been the inspiration for this portion of the blog.
This year, I’m going to attempt to dive into a world of smoothie bowls, pancakes, and energy bites that I have never ventured into before. To keep me accountable, I’ll be posting the recipes I use daily here. Any recommendations or requests? I’m all ears.
